How to stay healthy this AP season 

As we transition from spring break to AP season, it’s crucial to prioritize sleep for maintaining good mental health. The National Sleep Foundation underscores the direct correlation between sleep and test performance, making it a key factor in your success this AP season. 

Additionally, this AP season, one should maintain a healthy diet. I always like to drink plenty of water and eat many fruits and vegetables. Additionally, I try my best to avoid drinking coffee at night, only in the morning.

One should also space out when studying for all subjects, studying a bit of each subject daily. Doing this will ensure that all of one’s subjects are studied and decrease one’s stress levels. This is significant as one’s stress levels will determine how they do on their assessments. Just remember to try your best; you got this!
