DECA International Contestants Come Home Winners

Last week, three HSW students attended the DECA International Career Development Conference (ICDC) to compete for all the glory. This conference, in Orlando, Florida, took place from April 25-29. Juniors Amanda Bentz, Paulina DiFatta, and Victoria Sacchetti, were just three of about 18,000 students attending the competition. These three competed as a team against about 150 other teams.

The trio received two medals in the competition of Entrepreneurship Innovation Plan at the conference. These medals were awarded for being a finalist in the top 20 teams in the first round as well as placing in the top 10 in the second round.
