Hills East Dismissed Due to Threatening Statement

Wednesday morning, an email was sent to the Half Hollow Hills community from the district messaging service regarding a threatening statement about High School East.  The statement read “Due to the threatening statement made towards High School East, there will be an early dismissal today at 9:30 am.  All other buildings will remain open and follow a normal schedule.  We will continue to work with the Suffolk County Police Department as they continue their investigation and we will communicate any new or additional information to you as quickly as we receive it.
