Homecoming King and Queen 2014: Joe Anderson and Meagan Iris

This year, one couple in the homecoming court added a little something different to their wardrobe. Rocking bucket hats in the Friday assembly, Joe and Meagan wowed the crowd with their hilarious and improvised skit at pep rally that night. When asked about his skit, Joe said, “Honestly we just did everything in the moment and it ended up looking so bad that people thought it was funny.” Joe and Meagan worked so well together that the skit didn’t even need to be planned. “He is a great friend and I was so glad I go to share such an amazing experience with him,” said Meagan about Joe. Joe also wanted to add “I’d like to thank my partner Meagan, Sabrina and Mateo for doing the skit with us, all other members of the court, but most of all the Class of 2015. I feel honored to have been chosen and you have given me a memory for life.”
