Throwback Thursday

Last Thursday was “Throwback Thursday”. Each grade dressed up in a way to represent the decades of their own grades. The Freshmen were the 80s; sophomores were the 70s; juniors were the 50s; and seniors were the 60s. Each grade demonstrated its devotion toward school spirit and overall pride in themselves. Hills West Junior, Stephanie Drinkwater stated, “I have a lot of fun during spirit week because I’m a creative person. I like expressing myself through the clothes I wear, and that’s why I wanted to dress up.” Students really went all out for this day, dressing in their tie-dye, jeans, and leather jackets. Like the rest of the days of spirit week, Throwback Thursday was a success!
