It is during a seemingly insignificant scene where Katniss Everdeen, played by Lawrence, sings the Hanging Tree, a chilling and twisted song mentioned in the Hunger Games trilogy. To many’s surprise the song has recently risen to the number three spot on iTunes. The song’s success has left many wondering if Lawrence will pursue a music career.
