Boys Soccer Continues to Dominate

A winning streak was on the line on Monday as the Hills West Colts (5-1-1) hosted West Islip (2-5) in a League III matchup. The Colts came into the game as winners of three straight, and were looking to continue their string of dominance. West did just that, coming out strong and holding on for a promising 4-0 victory. Goals were scored by senior captains Stephen Lauria and Richie Mastrangelo, as well as two from freshman Dylan Chan. It was an overall great team effort from everyone, including the defense anchored by senior Goalkeeper Tyler Delucia, who worked his way to his third shutout this season. The Colts will take on Newfield in their next game in an attempt to stretch their winning streak to 5 games.
