The score was tied 0-0 until the third inning, when a player hit a solo shot on Hauppague. The Colt’s bats were cold until the 7th, and last, inning when Freshman Owen Mcmenamy led off with a single, followed by another single by Junior Luke Stampfl. Senior Matt Cabezon followed with a Fielder’s Choice, getting the out at second. Senior Tommy Digiorgi followed with a strikeout. The last hope was Sophomore Sean Noriega, who produced with a two-run double, putting our Colts in the lead, and proving to be the winning hit.
